Fall 2015

Fall

Fall season is nearly upon us and a new session of programming is about to begin!

Argyle Park / Englewood is located in the north end of Regina. As the north end is expanding, we are lucky enough to include the new Hawk Stone development into our great area. We are a small, close knit community perfectly suited to a family oriented lifestyle. Our new development brings an exciting increase in all ages and family dynamics to our great area. We are always looking for volunteers for a number of positions on the board, and welcome new ideas on what you would like to see. If you have a special skill and are interested in teaching, we have opportunities for instructors as well. We hold many functions for the community to come out and meet others, such as the Santa pancake breakfast and family day skate and other great free programming, just watch the signs!

If you have any questions you can contact us at 306-543-5653 or you can come down in person to 35 Davin Crescent. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

Winter 2015

Winter

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope that everyone had a great holiday season. We once again hope that you find a program that will interest you in the upcoming season.

Please note that the Winter 2015 newsletter will be our last paper copy of the Argyle Park Englewood Newsletter. We will be going to a digital format in the fall of 2015. We will now be posting the programs and events here on our new website at http://argylepark.ca. Each time the new programs are ready for viewing we will post it on the neighborhood signs. If you require a paper copy please drop into the community centre between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

Fall 2014

This fall is bringing many busy nights at the centre, with programming occurring Monday through Saturday.

We have worked hard to try and ensure that all age groups are covered with some programming. If you have a program that you are interested in but do not see it in the news letter please contact the community centre and we will consider bringing it in for the next programming session.

As with every year we are in need of volunteers for special events and for the Board. We encourage all community members to consider being a volunteer.

Board meetings are held at the community centre once a month and child care is provided. If you are interested please leave a message at the community centre (306-543-5653) and I will get back to you. Please remember that all board members are volunteers and any messages left will be responded to as soon as we can.
